Here's the beginning of our Golf Career

I got a memory posted and these pictures popped up.  Look at how young my golfer's are.

I think we were at Rose Park Driving range.

Jack was probably 6

Nick was about 8

I don't know where the rest of them were that day.  Maybe it was all I could do to take those three.

LAX in Logan

Headed to Logan to cheer for Jack.  SUU was playing University of Wyoming.  The cowboys.

This is Jack's cheering community.  Lily, Andrew, Nick and Me

Warm ups

Shaking hands and whatever else they do when they line up

These are action shots.  My phone isn't that great at taking pictures

They had a great game.  Jack Scored again as a Defender which he usually doesn't do.

The score was 15-8

We waited for Jack to take some pics.

He had to have the team chat and then had to carry all his stuff, huge bag, two long D poles and a back pack that they gave to the team.  I'm sure they just pulled it from the athletic locker room.  Andrew walking to help him.

Jack and Elijah. They both played at Bountiful High together

Jack's tired after his game.  He played hard.

He stayed the night in Logan with some honeys.

This was his last game of his Freshman year.  It was so fun to watch him.  Maybe he will play after his mission.

Happy Birthday to my Jimmy!!!

Another year has come and gone.  My Jimmy is another year older.  This is how she started out.  Although she's bigger here after she cooked a few weeks in the Nicu.  How happy I am that she survived.  :)

Abi birthday post!

Jim went to Cyclebar on her birthday and she got an Alani!  Those are my favorite!

We had a party for Brooke at Grandma's house.  Cafe Rio on the docket.  It was great.  Andrew, Ty, Brooke, Nick, Jack, Grandma and Kent were al there.

I think Jack took these with my phone with Ty.

Nick having a great time

Duggar Dessert with the Ton

Jack and his gains

I gave Jim a Duster.  These are our favorite dusters from Women Within.  She orderd this one, and wore it to Boston and left it in the hotel room hanging on the back of the bathroom door.  It was her 4th of July duster.  Ty Loves a good 4th of July.

So I ordered her a new one!

This is an extra one I have and I'm going to give it to Abi when she comes to visit for Jack's Mission farewell.  They really the best.

Then Kent brought these cookies for Brooke.  She LOVES the cookies from Sam's club because you can get a whole pkg of just the m and m's in it.  You don't have to get the entire tray you can just get a pkg of these.  Reminds me of Melanie too.   She loved he cookies with M and M's in them.  She would stop at the gas station and get them.

Love my Jimmy.  Glad she could make me a mama.  It is my favorite.

Washing Machine

This.  Makes. Me. So. Sad.  I have had Abi, Brody, Jack, Nick and Andrew living with me periodically.

It has been kindof a pain to get everyone's washing done.  It seems everytime I need to use it, It is being used or has clothes in it.  Iwas about to use a chart so everyone has to schedule their wash.  Jack has to be the worst as he washes his clothes every day it seems.  I didn't teach them very well. I just need a few loads a week and DON'T put my stuff in the dryer,

Abi and Brody moved out to Arizona so she can work as a PA and  Jack moved to school.  It is much easier to find time to wash.  (it seems every time I need it, someone is asking me if my stuff is finished...still ...:) )

It makes me super sad now thatit is available more!  I miss them all so much.  Every time I see the washer, I'm reminded of them all.  I wish they would all come back and we could get a spreadsheet.

Fun fact, I got that washer a year ago or so and I LOVE the top loader.  I would never go back to a front loader ever.

Jack goes to the Temple

One of the things Jack needs to do for his mission, is go to the Temple.  Jack came up from school for a LAX game in Logan and the day before, he and Nick stopped off at the Temple.

They were both super cooperative in getting their picture taken. They have the same shoes on.  I didn't know that.  I probably bought both pair.  I must have liked them.

Jack was nervous.  I don't blame him. I think everyone is.  He wanted to go alone and not have an audience.  So that is what he did.  The two of them went.  I reassured him that it doesn't matter if he makes a mistake or forgets something because whatever happens has happened before and the workers are super nice and there to help.  It kindof reminds me of Jr High, in that we have had all the mistakes before.

Walking up.

The ONLY thing you can't forget is the recommend.  Jack put it in his car the day before.  I taught him well.

Getting ready.  This is after they made the trip to Wing Stop with 30 minutes to leave.  Seriously if you want Wing Stop before, you have to get it earlier.

They did it.  Jack said it was weird but not as weird as he thought.  Good.  I think that's a good description.

He had to hurry home, Nick had to get to a Missionary Reunion since it was Conference Weekend and Jack had to get to the Golf Course because he had a raincheck he and his friend got and his friend goes to the MTC on Monday.  Today was the last day.  Jack has his wisdom teeth out Monday.
