I have started going back to the gym before work. Which means I get up at 4:40 and get to the gym around 5:00 am. Its really the only way for me to be consistent in my exercise. I have to leave by 5:45 or 5:50 depending on if I have to wash my hair ....:) I feel so much better when I exercise in the am and when I am consistent. However, I did skip a few days due to snow and ice. It isn't worth it if it takes me 20 minutes to get there and back.
And sometimes I sleep in, but I am back for the most part...
It looks like all I do is take selfies....
I have also been back to Yoga. I don't take any pics of Yoga because I'm busy doing Yoga but that has been good too. I have missed it since we have been on vacation since December. I even have a new yoga mat for my class that I got for Christmas from Brooke and Ty. It makes it so much better. Here's to stronger, better, faster. Well, maybe just not as slow...:)
