Michelle and Marti were going to St. George to see Marie Osmond. Marti decided he couldn't go. So I was invited to go with her. Marie was at Tuacahan which is one of my favorite places. Marie isn't one of my all time favorites but it was sure fun to go. She is 60 years old and looks terrific. She is petite and wore these high heels that I was sure she would fall down wearing. It is always a good time at Tuacahan.
We decided to go on this hike and it was a pretty good hike. We hiked up and saw the city and it was beautiful. I wasn't feeling so good...my body is falling apart...We didn't want to hike forever because we wanted to do other things too.
Some pretty flowers on our hike
On our way back we stopped at Fillmore and played some golf. I have seen the golf course a bunch of times and have wanted to stop and play. Finally we did. It was a good course and NOT crowded. I would drive TWO hours again to play there with no crowds.

I didn't take a lot of pictures because I'm trying to be in the moment more. But we had a great time. We almost missed Marie because about 6:00 on Friday we decided to check our agenda and Marie was Friday night NOT Saturday. So we did make the show.
Saturday we hiked, and went to the pool and took a drive to Gunnison Reservoir to see how much it had changed from last summer. We walked out to the place where the falls were and they were gone.
We ate at Cafe Rio and Costa Vida (we really branch out a lot) and Einstein Bagels. We shopped just a little bit. We didn't find a purse which we usually always do when we go to St. George but there is always June when we go to Tuacahan. Fun trip so glad Marti couldn't go.
AND I'm glad that everyone could help me out to go. Brooke was out of town until Friday Night. Brooke got home to tend Jack and Nick and to make sure Nick took his medicine and if he had a seizure she was there. Brooke works on Sunday so McCall took Jack to Work at Lagoon.
She then picked him up and they had lunch at Gma house and played cards.
funny comic I found. It reminds me when my cousin Susan said her son's friend had to pull over on the side of the road when they were on a trip and practice the accordion. Can you imagine anything worse? Well, maybe listening to the accordion practice from waiting in the car...:)
