Little Women

Started my day at the hotworx.  So stupid to take a selfie.  I'm just so excited to take a pic of my underarmor shirts.  I get 20 percent off so I got a few on sale.  Love it when they are all sweaty!

We went to Hale Center Theater. Marti, Michelle, Marlena and me.

This is the best pic I got since it was starting.  We didn't get Marlena because she was on the other side of Michelle.  The show started, then it was announced that they had to pause the show.  The two actors that were out there, had to stop and go back stage so I snapped a selfie before they came out and I needed to hurry.  I always wonder why they have to stop.  I have seen it about 3 times in all my theater career.  

We saw Little Women.  This is one that I didn't want to see.  I think I read the book years ago, and I didn't like it.  I think I also saw the movie and didn't like it.  However, it was a musical which I was surprised.  It was fantastic.  I loved it.  Maybe because I wasn't working this week so I wasn't in a hurry to get home.  But it was about a mother and 4 girls.  She kept saying how did you grow up so fast.  That is how I'm feeling.  I think that's why I liked Fiddler on the Roof better this time around last season.  I feel like Tevya.  I need to see if I can make time to see it again.  It was that good.  

 

Lax pics and a Blood Donation

 Jack had a LAX game and I didn't go.  Here's some pics that he sent.  The pics are so much better when the professional photographer takes them.

It is also Spring Break and I decided to donate Blood.  I donated at the Delta Center because they were advertising some Free Jazz Tickets.  Yes I'm in.  I decided I would drive over there, and if the parking was bad and I had to walk or pay for parking or I didn't know where to go in, then I was out of there.  Found a spot on the side by the Trax train first time around.  The doors were right there, so donate away.  I haven't donated blood for a while.  It is super fast now that you can answer all your health history online.  I hated it when it took like 3 hours because of all the waiting in line.  

I felt bad because it wasn't busy at all.  I got my jazz tickets, and a insulated lunch bag and some hand sanitizer.  

Spring Break golf

 Andrew and I went to the Rose Park Sunday.  Andrew played 18 Holes at Valley View earlier in the day and walked.  On his way home, we decided to play at Rose Park.  I didn't play 18 earlier.  We decided to ride because I wasn't feeling it and Andrew had already walked 18.

It was a great day of Golf and weather was chilly but good.

Since it is Spring Break, Wednesday we went to the West Bountiful.  It was walking only.  I actually walked West Bountiful.  It was 3.3 miles according to my Garman.  It was cool and fun.  AND wet.  

The course was wet but not too muddy.  We played great and had fun.

Off to Crown Burger for Lunch.  32.00.  I think it is a lot for a Burger and fries, but it the food was good and company was good too.  I didn't take any pictures of course.  But it was fun to be with Andrew.

A repaired Chin and Basketball again

Jack got his stitches out.  His chin looks pretty good.  No one will even notice that he got trucked in one of his games.

Leaderboard

McCall sent this to me that I was on the leaderboard at the Hotworx.  What?  Yeppers I am number 9.  Seriously it must be beause there are about 10 members.  McCall and Kristen rock it and I'm on the board.  I thought it was way cool though.

I went to Hotworx today, and look NOW?  I'm third on the Leaderboard.  

Here's what I do best there.  I did just complete a Stretch class I think and was resting during the Barre 3 class.  Then I decided to go to Hot Blast.  

I liked Hot blast when I did it with McCall and kristen so I tried it today alone.  Loved it.  That is what probably boosted me to Third.  )

It does happen to be springbreak so I can go more often.  .   .  Next week I'll probably drop to last on the board.

I did go this week and this was sitting in the sauna.  I thought someone was going to join me, but no one had signed up and I was the only one in the whole place.  

I decided to just move it over and do the class.  I think someone had just left their stuff there.   weird.  I'm not working out in a sauna with anyone I don't know.

THEN look.  I'm at the top of the leader board.  Who would have thought...:)
