Senior Prom - Last one for Abi
It was Senior Prom tonight. Abi went with Josh Horrocks. She is smiling at him...It is her last High School dance AND the last prom dress. Kindof sad. At least she rocked the dress!
6 months
Chili Willi has been gone for 6 months. He drives me crazy! Actually he did me a favor leaving because that has been the hard part about getting divorced. Telling him to leave and hearing his lip about 'Oh can't we work it out', 'Is it so terrible that I want to stay'? 'I've done everything you ask'..I can just hear it now! NOPE you haven't. I have only asked you to be honest and you can't even do that!
I have liked him being gone. Except for the part that I had some plans to go out of town and there is no one to tend Nick and Jack. So my family has to step in once again, when Chili should be tending his own kids. And I have to do everything. Everything is me. It was mostly me before, but at least he was here for a pick up for the kids or just here so when I was not here, he was. And I have to pay for everything. He did some incidentals that the kids need and would go to the store sometimes and get their mechanical pencils or stuff like that. He didn't have to do hair cuts or shoes because when he did their hair looked soo stupid. Not sure how come it is hard to get a boys hair cut. But he couldn't figure that out. He made them get the dumbest shoes too. Who does that? So they didn't want to go with him. And I have to handle Jack alone. All his fighting and insisting on playing video games and nothing else comes down to me. Other than all these things, I like him gone.
So filing should be easy. I am emailing him the paperwork tomorrow. I have to get a PDF copy to attach to the email. I have the email already written. (I can't make PDF files at home so need the secretary at work to do that) So, I'm ready. Here's hoping he signs and it is a done deal!!
UPDATE: I emailed the paperwork and a nice email to him. Here's hoping he will sign it

Golf in Brigham City - Eagle Mountai
The Girls High School golf was in Brigham City today. Abi played in the second group today. They started on the 8th hole. She played with a girl from Brigham City and the number 2 player at Bountiful High that should really be their #1 except that her sister is the #1.
First shot of the day off the 8th hole.........right into the water! Not a great start, however the other WX golfer hit the Tee Marker on her first shot of the day with a TWO stroke penalty!!
Adding up the scores for the day. Abi 102, red stripe shirt Vanna77 and the other girl 98
Getting ready for TeeTimes

Nick got up late today so since I was home, I took him to school. He decided to go with me to Brigham city. He thought it was pretty great with driving the golf cart and the drinks and the refills on drinks when we passed the clubhouse. He was a pretty good driver except for the few times I almost fell out.
A necessary accessory
Adding up the scores for the day. Abi 102, red stripe shirt Vanna77 and the other girl 98
I don't know if you can see it but WX took 4th over all out of 5.... and Abi took 13th out of the 34 golfers. Way to go. Its way fun to watch. It kindof sounds like it would be as fun as watching paint dry. It was fun having Nick do the driving because then I could walk along side on such a nice day!
Nick's the man
This is Nick. He has manned up lately so much. Since chilly Willy is in Arizona or where ever he is, Nick has had to do more. He mows gma's lawn, takes out her trash, brings in her heavy stuff, and helped take gpa to the doctor in the wheel chair! Here is Nick weed whipping the back yard. Don't judge the back yard. We tried a million times the day before to get it started...no luck. So today, Nick finally figures it out! He then gets those weeds in the back yard. He is wearing his new shorts too..But I couldn't complain about that.!
We all have a sweating problem...I personally like spray deodorant because you can share. However Brooke got us all on to this Old Spice Fiji. Yes, it is for men and some of us ladies use it. I think it is good. So, I now have Nick using it...
Today in church he was explaining to me how hot church was. ..'I'm sweating through my FIJI!." It was pretty hot today...Here is a pic in case any of my readers (which is None...haha) need some.

Decluttering other stuff
So, in my quest to declutter my house and my life, I'm in the process of cleaning out an entire file cabinet. I just don't need all that paperwork anymore...I have decided I don't need most things I have. However, years ago, we had to store everything we needed...like files. If you had to give a talk, you had to find your old Ensigns, church books and files that you stored. Now we don't have to do that. I have a lot of files in the garage. I got a bunch cleaned out, but it doesn't look like that much to me. So, I am going back in when I can. Might not be until Summer.
I am fixing to declutter another thing. I can post more about it next week or later. I think decluttering all things that don't bring joy is a great thing.
UPDATE: So, I have officially gotten the paperwork for the divorce. I went to the atty for a consult and she looked over all my paperwork. We got it all signed and notarized on my part and it is just waiting for chili willi to sign. It is such a guessing game. If I ask for less, will he just sign and make it easier? If I ask for more then there is negotiating room to bring it down to where I wanted it in the first place? I am not sure how he will react. He has to be expecting it. He has been living in the basement for 10 years. Not sure how much closer to Divorce one can be. And he has been gone for 6 months to who knows where...

The Planet
Nick decided he wanted to join the gym so he can be better at Rugby and Football. Ok. How do I say no you can't join the gym since Abi, Brooke and myself all belong?
So, here is Nick. We have already been 2 times. Problem is he has to go with me.....But that might get me there more..!

Best pic I could get without falling off the eliptical myself...now that would have been very embarrassing...
Abi Golf Lakeside
Abi played in a tournament at Lakeside Golf course today. Lakeside is the golf course I played on in the day. She had a Tee Time of 1:36. She had a great game on the front 9, with a a bunch of Pars and a bogey (one over par) or two. Then the back 9 came. The back nine has lots of water and more water. It has huge reeds in the water and on the other side is cow pastures. I really love it. It use to have otters when I played there 20 years ago...but I didn't see any today. Some ducks and plenty of Duck Canure (like Manure but Canure - that is my Grandma Stella's word....)
Anyway, she got a 6 on a par 3, and a few 7's. She also lost 3 balls. I thought she did pretty well. She was fixing to get an 89 with 3 holes left. I went to the bathroom. and she ended up with a 95. It was second place at WXHS.
She golfed with these girls today. The girl in the stripe is the 3rd place golfer at Bountiful High. Abi is in the middle and the girl in the back is from Box Elder.
These are a few random videos of Abi. I take a video when I think about it.
Abi finished 2nd at Woods Cross High School. Yahoo.

This was the Bountiful High's scores. They always take first.
Anyway, the final results put WXHS as a team in second place. WOW. That never happened last year.
And the sign in the golf cart...thought I might play in the Ladies league.

Teletubbies
When my kids were little, the Teletubbies were famous. We watched it all the time. Tinky Winky was purple, dipsy was green, Lala was yellow and po was red. Here is brooke and her Teletubby thing...hilarious.
This is Brooke and me on our Sunday walk. She had to get her steps in, and I just needed to walk my FA.

Stephen Hawking
So, Stephen Hawking died. He was a notorious physicist and cosmologist. He did have ALS or Lou Gehrigs disease...however, one of his quotes was this.
"It would not be much of a universe if it wasn't home to the people you love."
Love that quote. So true

My meeting with Tara
So I have met with an Atty. I need to file for Divorce. Really. I have almost filled the papers out. I'm submitting them to her to review and then will file with the court for divorce. The tricky part is making sure he will sign the papers. I don't want a drawn out divorce because it will just cost both of us money that we don't have.
I'm scared and excited. I'm ready. He has been gone since October. Not sure where he is, but he just left. I can't write everything about what I think, right now, but he is certainly up to something. He has been back a few weekends and when he is here, he never brings his car, makes sure to get his meds, and I'm always wanting him to leave. I really can't have him around anymore or in my life. I am not sure he will pay me anything. According to the paperwork I am filling out he will owe me 550.00 per month. He will never pay it because he doesn't have it. Not sure how I will survive, but I will have to figure that part out. I feel like I already am scrapping the bottom of the barrel every month as far as money goes. I will have to just cut more. Drive less. I am tired of his lying, dishonesty and illegal behavior. It just drives me crazy to be lied to All. THE. Time.
I think my family has been happier with him gone. Less stress. I hope that I will have the guts to do it. I think when I approach him he will beg me to not do it because he is only trying to do what is best for the family...being gone...paying the bills...such a better job...yada yada....
I need him to sign. I am not sure how to serve him papers since I am not sure where he is. That might get expensive...but I will tell him if he doesn't sign I will drag him through the courts, press theft charges against him for stealing my gold necklace my dad made for me and pawning it, bring up all his criminal past, and have him pay all the atty fees because he wants to make trouble for everyone involved. I'm sure he will be shaking in his boots because I will be soo scarry. I just have to have the balls to do it.
UPDATE: Fast forward to April 10....I paid for my first atty visit and filled out all the paperwork. Just waiting for her to get back to me with a meeting date to figure out how to serve him!! Here I go.

Brooke turns 22
Brooke had a birthday. She is 22. I could say that 'oh I can't believe she is that old' but everyone says that. However I really can't believe my oldest child is 22.
She decided she wanted to go to Chick Fil A for her birthday dinner. We took her friend Andrew Dearing with us because we love him and we were missing our Andrew. Jack didn't want to come because he was playing some video game. Ok. I am certainly not bringing home some food. And it saved me about $8.
These are the only pics I got from dinner. Abi taking a pic of Brooke. Everyone had strips I think. It was good. Its kindof expensive...really for fast food. But we LOVE it.

We had Duggar Dessert for dessert as we don't like cake. That is Andrew Dearing on the right partying with us.
Here is Brooke with 22 fingers.
I was so tired that after that, I put coconut oil on my head and saran wrap. Hopefully I can get rid of this dry hair.
I look like a man....
