Kyacks and Fenway

Day 2 started at 11:20 and we met to kyack on the Charles River.  Well before that Andrew walked to Dunkin Donuts and got Breakfast for Jack, Nick and me.  So Fab.

And some munchkins which are those donut holes.  Chocolate glazed are the best donut holes.

This is a famous river that runs in Boston and ends up in the Atlantic Ocean.

I was a bit leary about kyacking.  I have done it before, but I didn't want to get wet and I was a bit unsure about getting in and out of the kyack.  When I kyack at Bear Lake, you are already wet and in the water.  But I watched the video a few times how to get in and out.  Which out is just the opposite.

We were greeted by Brody and Abi with these fabulous signs!

Here we are getting all life jacketed up.

Abi and Brody

Andrew got the short straw and had to kyack with me

All my honeys

Then we headed to Tasty's for Lunch.  We worked up a total appetite.

Tasty's is across from Fenway Park.

It is a great place for Hamburgers and Great Diet Coke and Fries.

THEN we headed to the Fenway Fan Store.  We shopped and shopped and got some Red Sox gear.

Thats the best I got for the fenway gear!  Just seeing Jack's and Brooke's and Ty and Brooke's hat.

THEN we headed across the street to Fenway Park Tour.

There's the Green Monster.

These were the cool farms they have on the top of one of the roofs at Fenway.  It is all fresh produce and they use that in the salads and stuff at concessions

All the honeys.  We are on top of that green wall and thats the highest point in the park.  Fun Fact you can't just walk around on that green wall.  They added 269 extra seats on that wall and it is the only place you can't walk freely during game days.

It was a super cool tour.  Like cooler than you would think.  The tour guide was a great red sox fan.  Well he made him self out to sound like one.  I loved seeing the stadium with no one there, and see all the happenings that go on.

On the way out they gave us a pair of Red sox socks.

Then we headed to Bisquits and Bourbon.  Abi and Brody's great restaurant that we went to last summer when we were here for Abi's White Coat Ceremony.

Great food and not so great water with no ice that we had to keep asking for refills.

Andrew and Ty were the ones that paid.  So nice of them.

Abi decorated in graduation HUD because we couldn't decorate her house.
