Here he is!
Brooke and Wnnton welcoming Nick
We welcomed him home in this waiting area.
Then we moved to baggage claim.
We are waiting for his other bag. He has two bags that are identical. We tied a green ribbon on his luggage so he could recognize it easily. (thanks to ribbon I had)
We couldn't find his other suitcase. We had to go to the counter since the plane was empty. There was a bag that was the same bag, but didn't have the ribbon or the rip in the front so we knew it wasn't his.
The counter person scanned the bag that wasn't his and called the person that it belonged to. They answered actually, and indeed did have the wrong bag. So they brought it back and switched with us. So weird that it worked out.
Reunited with the two bags!
Traveling home with our Nick. Full car. What a great thing to have your car full.
On the way home, we had to stop at the Maverick. Our favorite place. Then we got lunch at Cafe rio and took it to grandma's to eat with Andrew who was working there. He couldn't come to the airport due to starting his new job.
Andrew had to be on a call while we had lunch. But we tried.
We went and picked up tables and chairs from Lyndsay so we can use them on Sunday.
Another Maverick and it was time to be released.
And that fast, the mission has concluded.
Well Done, Nick!
