Aquarium with Zookeeper Brooke

Thursday started with a trip to Provo to see the Balloon Launch for the Freedon Festival.  I got up early and left the house at 5:15 am.  Pulled in the parking lot at 6:30 am.  Balloons were out and ready to launch

There were soo many people there.  I was surprised.  It was cool but early...they flew around and threw darts to targets on the launch area.  

After the balloon event, we headed to the Aquarium.  Brooke got us all in.  She was working hard and got Soya's food.  He is the Tree Kangaroo that she trained in Florida to manage his care.

Terra Lynne was at the Aquarium too.  

That is me, feeding Soya.  Nothing like a nice arm pic.  He did eat the banana I was feeding him out of my hand.

After the Aquarium we headed to a place in Lehi that had Peach sundays.  They were super good and just what we needed for the July 3.

Then we went to the River Meadows 4th of July party and visited with Mark and Paula.  She was just finishing up her huge party.  I didn't take any pictures of them, but it was fun to see them in action.

Wasatch and Harmony at Hale

 Played golf at Wasatch mountain Course.  Such  beautiful day and course.  Got paired from a kid that played at Woods Cross.  He didn't act like he knew me so that was good.  I can't remember his name.

Hurried home so we could go to Hale.  Harmony was what we saw.  Barry Manilow did the music.  It was about WWII and it was good.  Music was fantastic.

Next day headed to Hotworx and the FX training area.  I've been wanting to try it and it was good.  Need to stay longer in that area next time.  Old women have weak upper bodies so they need to strength train.

After that, headed to Rose Park again for golf with Andrew and Nick.  

Great time, and great golf.  

Golf League and Eaglewood

 Michelle and I are killing it at the Mulligan's Ladies League on Tuesday Mornings.  Look at Michelle's new golf shirt?  She got it at the PGA Superstore. She's coming right up in her golf style.  My shirt on the other hand, I got it at the Sun Hills.  

Went to the JCW's across the street for lunch afterwards.  What's better than playing golf, talking to Michelle for two hours, then going to lunch for more talking.  And a kid meal for $7.87.

Went to the PGA Superstore after golf to buy some stuff.  Here's our favorite on the tour on the side fo their wall.  Shane Lowrey.  We like him because he is thicker. 

Our Nephew, Christopher, got a tattoo.  Nice.

This is his dad.  Look at all his HUD in the background.  We always store our paper towels from Costco in the middle of the room and have a Razor back (pic) on top of the china cabinet.  I didn't see the autographed pic of Bill Clinton he bought or the Woody Wood Pecker golf ball holder from the cruise he went on.  Wonder where those precious items are.  

Played at the Eaglewood in the evening.  Good time.  Carted with Victoria.  

Rose Park golf with some of my favorites

Golf at the Rose Park on Monday.  Nick didn't work at Lowe's so he was able to go with us.  Andrew brings all the pull carts so we can all walk.  It is great to walk.  I get the cart with the seat.  LOVE it.

Lawn is coming right along.  I think we have something wrong with it why it won't fill in, but we have made great strides.  

Edger bit the dust.  

Back yard.  I did see some kind of vermin back there but have not seen it again.  I'm sure it is still there.

We are going to keep at the lawn...See how it ends up.
