Well, well, did,we have a great dinner! We have beenon quest to eat better. (really to lose weight). and to Lower my blood sugar and cholesterol. We had some fresh tomatoes from Mr. Abbott and sme fresh mozzarella cheese from Trader Joes and some fresh Basil from our own basil plant (also from Trader Joes). Sliced I up n a plate, added Olive oil and salt and pepper. Soo
good! Losing weight right now!!!
