The day after school got out, headed to southeastern corner of Utah. Golf at the Hide out in Monticello. It was Memorial Day weeekend
It did get recommended to me to try these other balls from Dicks. I had $20.00 in rewards points at Dicks so I decided to buy them. I ended up liking them.
The Hideout is one of my favorite courses. I didn't take many pictures. Here's one of all of us in the hole. I did get a great shirt in the clubhouse though
Here are some pics that Victoria took. It was a bit chilly and we got a few drops of rain but that was it. That is Kim and me in the far cart. Sandra's head in the close cart.
We Then traveled over to Millsite Golf Course in Ferrin, Utah.
I had never played this course before. Ferrin is really in the middle of no where. About 40 minutes off the Freeway and you don't see a single car or person or Gas Station.
Then you come to Ferrin. It was a really pretty town and a Golf Course. That's the club house. We had to wait for a cart.
It was a great course but they are short on water. The fairways and greens were ok, but the pro said he didn't know what would happen later on in the summer when they didn't have mch water.
It was cool terrain with lots of desert motif and dirt.
The reservoir near the course. It was super low.
That is the dam for the reservoir. It was also the third hole next to it. We all had our furthest drive of our life because there was a hill and the balls just kept on rolling. We thought it was in the bushes and nope, our balls were at the bottom of the hill.
These are the Tee Markers. I think Ferrin was a mining town.
Here we all are.
Maureen, Victoria, Sandra and Kim
Victoria took these pics
Then on Memorial day, we traveled to Price, UT and played at the Carbon County Golf Club. Yes a golf club in Carbon County
Ted, Kent, and Carey
