A birthday

 Andrew is now 14.  Wow.  He will be starting the 8th grade.  We had a party for him in the canyon at Mueller Park.  He got his Bass Guitar for his birthday already because he had to go to band camp.  Such a fun time with the Pearts

Jazz Band and a Bass

Andrew got a new Bass Guitar for Jazz band.  (he doesn't play the guitar yet but is in the jazz band). He has been in band camp. It reminds me of Elvis because the cases lined with blue fur!!  Andrew doesn't understand the the Elvis connection...so funny.  He has to be at school at 7:15 in the morning for early morning jazz band.  It looks soo good on him.

Scout camp

Here is andrew after Scout Camp.  He got 6 merit badges.  Fingerprinting, Art, Rowing, Mammal Studies, and two others.  He also got Swimming and LIfe Saving before he went. Good job. He's on his way to his Eagle. (hopefully)

Spotlight boy

Jack was the spotlight in kindergarten for his birthday when he turned 6.  I had to come to the class to tell about him and make a poster that they displayed for the entire week.  We brought sunglasses for each of the kids and fruit snacks because they are his favorite!!  He also got this scooter for his birthday.  He is all over the neighborhood on it!

Wisdom Teeth

Brooke decided it was time to get her wisdom teeth out.  So a trip to Dr. Dedecker.  Fab.  She had full bony impacted wisdom teeth!  She decided to be sedated.  Then she KNEW she was awake the whole time. She did take lots of medication to get her to sleep AND she woke up with 30 seconds to go!  Wow.  A bit swollen and bruising but she's doing great!
