UEA 2017

UEA started out this year with an EEG for Brooke.  She is seeing a new doc because she graduated from the Pediatric Neurologist now that she is 21...So she suggested that Brooke have an EEG to see if she still has seizure tendencies.  So here is Brooke having an EEG after staying up all night so she is drowsy.  I stayed up only part of the night because I had to drive her to the appt.

Then we went to the UEA convention.  It is getting kindof lame, but it still had the shoot the basket for a free book.  Even if you don't make the basket you can still get a free book.  Here is our tries for a free book.

Football Banquet for Nick

Football season is over for 2017.  It was a super fun season with lots of time and energy dedicated to football.  Nick had a great season.  He was the defensive Captain for the team and worked super hard.  We had the football banquet at the church and someone made pulled pork and they showed a highlight video and then had awards.  It was super fun.  So sad football is over. It was a great season.

Championship game for Jack

Jacks team made it to the championship game.  They played against Woods Cross.  Their rival team.  They did come up short but it was a good game and another successful Saturday of football!

Play off game for Jack

This was the before the game meet and pep rally.

We picked up a bunch of kids to take to the game in Park City

We were playing East in the Playoffs.

Jack got hurt and was checked out.  He miraculously recovered.

Halloween

We had our usual dinner of Papa Murphys pizza in a pumpkin shape.  Here is our festive table....not that festive this year but I did remember to get a halloween tablecloth...

I gave out about 250 pieces of candy.  Usually we are around 350 or more.  I had 400 pieces of candy and had about 110 pieces left so I assume we ate around 50.  It was a beautiful night and fun to see all the kids dressed up and having so much fun.

CCR

On Halloween, Nick had his CCR.  Its a meeting with the counselor at school for his college, career, readiness appt.  First off, I went to the halloween parade at Jack's School.  Jack was a Football player.  Then Nick and I went to his CCR and Nick decided he needed some lunch at Iggy's because it was soo stressful for his CCR...

Here is Jack at his Halaloween parade.  He didn't cooperate much for pictures.  He is in 6th grade now...

After Lunch, Nick didn't want to go back to school so we made it a day of golf after.  We asked Abi if she wanted to go with us and we met her at the Rose Park Golf course for a round.  It was a super beautiful day of golf and we had a great time .  Plus it was Fall rates so we got two golf carts so we didn't have to exert ourselves and walk!!
