MERICA DAY

What's up everyone!! Sorry I haven't written in a while but imma try and catch yall up to speed on what's been going on here in good Ole Nebraska!

After 6 months in down town omaha i got transferred up too aurora Nebraska which is like the middle of nowhere. Our area is massive! We cover 27 towns and the biggest one only has 8,000 ppl in it. It's been kindve hard to adjust to the country life style but I think I'm finally getting used to it. Since there is not a lit people here we do a lot of service. We help this non member guy named Kerri like once a week and he is the spitting image of MERICA. He's so funny and it's so much fun to go help him on some of his projects.

Tuesday we were able to set out boy Tony on date to be baptized! So plz pray for our boy Tony so that he can make that.

Friday we got to go over to one of our members house and got to burn some stuff for both of our month marks and it was super fun!!

Saturday we dug holes for this inactive member so that he could one up his neighbor because his neighbor was just putting in a chain link fence. It was just so much fun! My back didn't like it though haha. The rest of Saturday was us just walking around York. It sounded like a war zone because everyone was shooting off fireworks

Sunday nobody came to church so that was an L but after we went and visited our friends Connor and kohl. They let us teach them and they said they would read and pray so a really big w.

P day is today because of 4th of July so BIG MIRACLE! Feel free to reach out!! In the words of elder Webster "God loves you and so do I"!

Byeeeee

Summer Pics and Dinner for Nick on his Mission

Andrew and I played golf at Mountain Dell golf course and this is the only pic I took.  It is absolutely beautiful.  It was hard and fun and hot and difficult.  Fun fact this is the course that my dad got a hole in one years ago.  It was hole 12.  Way to go.

Here's my Abi.  So cute, I miss her.

This is Abi's first grade teacher at the Planet Fitness.  She is retired and we loved her.  Love seeing her at the Planet.  I don't talk to her because I like it best when people don't talk to me.  :)

And we were talking about all poor people I now have storage sheds.  They also buy stuff like Hunter when they are 50.  Harley motorcycles.

This is Nick baptizing people into the Gospel.  Way to work hard and Baptize Nick

This is a salad I made because the anti Christ Veronica in our neighborhood made it for her Ex Mornon BBQ at the park.  I wanted to try it.  It was ok.  I might bring it to a Mormon BBQ too.

AND Nick had some visitirs to Omaha.  These are the people that took Nick shopping for Missionary clothes.   They bought him pants, shirts, socks, shoes, belts and other stuff.   So kind and so needed and really nice.  It is his friend Sophie's parents.

They took them to dinner.   I guess getting him ready for his mission was not enough.  They needed to visit and take him to dinner.

Golf at the Schneiders Bluff

My golfer friends Sandra and Kent called and asked if Andrew and I wanted to join them for a 9 hole golf at Schneiders Bluff.  They had already played 18 at Schneiders Riverside.

Andrew and I drove up and met them for 9 holes of golf.

Love me some Schneiders Bluff.  This is one of the holes.  I followed Abi at her tournament at Schneiders and she didn't feel so hot.  I went to the clubhouse and asked if they sold Tums.  Just thought I would check before I bothered to drive to the store to get some. The old guy at the desk said 'Oh i have some here in the bottom drawer.  Pulls out a bottle of Tums and gives me a few".  He says oh sometimes everyone has sour stomachs.  I was so grateful and took them to Abi.  So funny who would have thought about the Tums in the bottom drawer.

Abi even guessed what course this was!

I'm sure i kicked everyone's butt at the course.  We had to race home so Andrew could go to Rose Park and hit golf galls with his friend.  He made it by 6:15 and the range closes at 7:00.  Yay.

Park City Shoot Out

Thursday - Another Lax tournament.  This time in Park City.  Jack is #7.  Not sure what age group this is, but he did great.

Friday - Made another trek to Park City on Friday.  We played a few games, and He got Lunch with jaxon's dad, Joe.  I got lunch with myself and drove around and checked out the Park City Sites.

Love me some good Park City time.  Much Cooler than in Bountiful.  Love sitting there and watching Jack play.  I get to sit alone most of the time.

This Pic is far away, but Jack is in the penalty box for cross checking or personal penalty.  Can't remember but he nailed the kid and almost got kicked out for fighing.  Nope.  Can't do that.

We ended up going up for Saturday early game also.  Three days driving to Park City.  At least on Saturday Andrew drove with us so I got to sit by him.
