Church Ball

 Foxboro 2nd Ward Basketball was again in session this week.  Andrew and Nick played Nick's boss's ward.  We only had 5 guys so they had to play the entire game.

I think they even won the game.  There's Ralph on the bench.  He is the sortof coach.  

We couldn't go to Cedar City today because of this game.  They are committed to their basketball.

Fired UP! Trump, Cox and Horizon Credit Union

 Donald Trump has got to go.  I'm so fired up about him.  I don't really get into politics but this time, it is enough.  He is a freak.  He just does so many things irrationally, and no one is doing anything.  The thing that really bothers me is that so MANY people that I know, support him.  Seriously.  He is a wild card.  How can people not see that?  

He cleared out all provisional employees which included the IRS.  Andrew was working for the IRS so he lost his job.  It was a here's an email.  Report to office tomorrow and bring your issued ID and computer.  What the hell?  I am trying to NOT hate, but it is soo difficult.  I wake up sick to my stomach wondering what he will do today to people.  

Full of Hate I am.  Here's he trying to figure out what to do now that he lost his job from the IRS.  

THEN Governor Cox signed a bill to end Collective Bargaining for Unions to negotiate our pay or benefits for Teachers, Firemen, Policeman and I heard Nurses.  Seriously.  Governor Cox you just gave a big F U to all of those employees.  I hope he realizes that Teachers don't ever forget.  He is probably not running for re election anyway, so he doesn't care.  We went to a conference put on by his wife called "Show up for Teachers'.  It was a great event and fun.  NOPE we are NOT going this year.  He certainly doesn't show up for teachers.  

THEN Horizon Credit union called me (John who was very nice from accounting) and said that 4 years ago when my purse was stolen and I had to change my checking account, they transposed the numbers for my Planet Fitness withdrawal. Someone else has had Planet Fitness withdrawn from their account for FOUR years and just noticed.  Now they want me to fork over $1400 for this.  Seriously...I told them that my commitment to Planet was for $20 each month NOT $1400 after FOUR years.  He called me and said I was also having Planet Fitness withdrawn out of my account.  

The interesting thing is they put a HOLD on $1400 BEFORE they called me so I couldn't withdraw my money. I  had just been paid so I had that much money in there.  I'm trying to get a missionary ready, pay for a $1600 bridge, and pay for Wisdom teeth.  Now this.  I'm so mad.  

Seriously, Hate is running through my blood and I'm trying to not be hateful.  Hate is only damaging to me.  Hate is soo bad.  I'm trying to not be so spiteful.  It's exhausting and doesn't serve a purpose.  Gotta let some things go.

Hair, Laundry and Church

 I went to the washer and found this.  ALL of Nick's shirts hung up from the washer and not put in the dryer.  I have taught him well,  If you hang up your T shirts, they look better longer and don't shrink.  Good oh him.

Another Laundry pointer, if you don't put your slickers or exercise clothes or LuLu Lemon stuff in the dryer it looks better.  The heat from the dryer ruins your spandex.  Fun Fact.  Here's Andrew's clothes drying out in the living room.  No one comes over to use the living room anymore since we stopped Home Teaching.

And I'm at church waiting to get up and Lead the Music.  Haven't worn that dress for a long time.  

Valentines day and the Jazz

 

This is my new treatment for pain.  Marlena told me about it, so I bought it.  Jack was suppose to get some in Cedar City and I gave this one to Brooke for her foot pain.  It is pretty good.

I got home from Death Valley and Jim was over at our house. We decided to get a Maverick and a Starbucks drink.  Andrew got drinks from BOTH places.  Seriously...?  

Death Valley Golf

 Headed out of town to Death Valley.  We were going by way of Tonopah, but it was super snowy and I couldn't go that way with a Winter Storm Warning in affect.  NOT responsible so we headed South by way of St. George and Vegas and Cedar City.  We stopped and had lunch with Jack.  He was super excited to go to Cafe Rio.  He didn't have class that day.  He showed me his sore ankle.  It looked super sore.

After we arrived in Death Valley, we headed to Golf.  

Here's my new golf shoes.  I ordered them, and took them back, then ordered them again.  Decided I needed to keep them.  I ended up really liking them.

Beautiful on the course in the lowest place on Earth.  Weird they can have green grass when its so hot and lack of water.  Fun fact, the course sits on a natural spring so that is what waters the grass.

Cyotes are on the course.  They looked a bit lanky a few years ago, but these looked healthy and fat.

I didn't get a pic of our friend Barb.  She only went one day with us.  Super beautiful weather.  75 Degrees.  Who gets to do that in February?  We had mostly bad food but super fun.

Can't wait to go back next year.

GOAL!

 Jack played LaCross in Arizona this weekend.  The first game was in Flagstaff and the second was in Phoenix.  Abi got to go since she lives in Phoenix.

And jack scored a goal!!!  Defenders don’t usually score so way to go !!
