LAX against Woods Cross

 

Bountiful High played Woods Cross in LAX.  This is a fun game for me because my 9th graders play for Woods Cross.  I have taught a bunch of the kids on the team so it is fun to see them.  And we have been talking about this game for a long time at school.  The two schools are rivals.

They did a good job.  Jack actually got two shots on a Goal and Noah Lake (my student) stopped both of them.  So, now he is going to have a few minus points for that...:)  The kids wanted me to hit the griddy (which is this stupid dance they do) and I said I would if my boys made a goal against them.  Now it is Noah's fault I don't get to hit the griddy.  It really is a good thing because no one wants to see me hit the griddy.

Not many pictures today.  It is kindof difficult to get an action shot which they like becaues it moves so fast.  But Bountiful ended up winning. Thanks to Andrew for taking Grandma and me to the game when we both can't walk very far.  

Abi is a Smartie

 

Abi sent me this.  It is the Dixie 11 Award which means she's the top 11 of hre graduating class.  

She explains this better than I do.  

She's always doing such amazing things.  Making us all so proud.

And she's wearing a cute dress too.

And she married the Brody who we love too

Everyone should want to be like Abi.

Prom for the Nick - Last One

 

Nick had his Senior Prom on Saturday.  We ordered him a new suit only to find out that it was cancelled about three days before the dance.  Bummer. So he wore a different suit.  

I don't have any other pics of him other than the Instagram pics he posted.  I'm the last to see the pictures. 

My wonton came to visit and hid under my bed for a while

I decided for now, I need to cut expenses so I'm going to go natural on the Nails. I might change my mind because I'm not sure I can stand it.  But we will see.  

And Brooke decided she needed a new car.  A girl rear ended her on Bangerter Highway.  Bummer.  I

LAX against Viewmont

 

Viewmont game was rain, rain and more rain.  It was cold and wet.  But Andrew and Maureen and Brooke and Ty ventured out.  Gma didn't want to spoil her hair.  I didn't care about my hair so much.  

They did a great job with a score of like 7 - 2.  Of course The Clemons Boys were in there defending the goal and getting the job done.
