Grandma has a leak in her water heater. She was nervous about it of course. She walked down the stairs about 5 times one day to check on it.
I know just the plumber. Malachi Goff. Love me some Malachi. He has helped me with a water heater and a pipe issue and a broken off spout in the shower are.
Called and he could come in about two days unless we were without hot water. Nope. She had hot water.
Andrew took these pictures for the plumber so he knew what they were working with.
They showed up a day early because they had extra time I guess.
It was even under warranty so they took care of the warranty also. Cost her about $850.
She now has a water heater and a new furnace.
