Hello everyone! My first week down in my new area was a blast! My new companion Elder Sutch is probably one of the funniest dudes I've ever met. It has been a blast this week with him. But let's get into the week!!
Tuesday 9/2: I flew Into palmer from Anchorage and then met my new companion. We went and played some basketball to end p day and then we did some service for a lady to end the night. Which was good.
Wednesday 9/3: my brother nicks birthday so happy birthday to him. Palmer has this huge fair every year so we did service today to help clean it up which was definitely not the funnest thing ive done but it was also so worth it too. We then just went and weekly planned since I'm in a new area for the week that night.
Thursday 9/4: we did some painting for our boy Rodney today and he a big chilla frfr. Had dinner at the Palus tonight and it was some pretty fire food I won't lie. Awkward dinner but some fire food.
Friday 9/5: today we just stopped by some members and tracted a lil bit. We then did some service for this pretty crazy chick but it was all good. She just had us do some yard work for her but it was pretty fire. We then had a lil member lesson that night which the kids thought was cool.
Saturday 9/6: today we had a ton of lessons and found this one lady who referred herself about some "questions" about the church and then the spirit worked on her and she might be interested in our church so you can say I'm like the goat at this. Jkjk I'm definitely not. But we had a couple lessons today and then some absolutely amazing ribs for dinner so that was very fire.
Sunday 9/7: church today and just a typical Sunday. We had dinner at the bakers house which is like the most Alaskan house I've ever been too with all of the decorations. Pretty chill fam won't lie.
Spiritual thought everyone read mosiah 2:41 it's a very fire verse with some amazing promised blessings and it's amazing what the gospel can do for us and help us with literally anything in life that we may go through.
